Attraction
Like moth to a flame
Feelings remain the same, stay
Feasting on his eyes
Poetic musings
Like moth to a flame
Feelings remain the same, stay
Feasting on his eyes
You’re like a groundhog
Scared of my love,
sunshine bright
Your shadow keeps you
Words, language atoms
Construct thoughts
A poet’s paint
Fossils, trace their roots
Love is like snow
Winter white wonderland
Frosted paradise for us
Love like snow
Unique flakes
Interlocking union
Snow and love
Changes landscapes
Pristine to the eye
But love is like snow
Piles left of what to do
Black slush ensues
Love evaporates
Disappears with
No trace
Yes love is like snow
You’ll fall back
When you see it
Again.
